4. Counter-Notification Process

A statement under penalty of perjury: “I have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.”
A statement: “I consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in which my address is located, or if outside the U.S., to the jurisdiction of the federal courts in the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming, and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.”

If valid, we may restore the content unless the original complainant takes legal action within 10 business days.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, we may terminate user access in appropriate circumstances when users are determined to be repeat infringers.
