Thank you for shopping with Xpolicia. We provide digitally delivered in-game products, such as virtual currency packages, game-ready accounts, and other game enhancement services. Because these are non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, we operate under a strict no-refund policy to protect the integrity of our services and prevent abuse.

We do, however, recognize that rare technical errors may occur and we are committed to resolving them quickly and fairly.

🎮 Accounts

✅ Your order is eligible for a refund or replacement if:

     

      • The account was compromised before you received access.

      • The account was not delivered within the guaranteed delivery time (usually within 24 hours).

      • The login credentials are incorrect, and you notify us within 5 days.

      • The account is materially different from the description, and you have not altered it in any way, including:

           

            • Changing login or recovery details

            • Logging in or playing any games

            • Making in-app purchases

            • Reselling or attempting to resell the account

      In all eligible cases, we will first attempt to provide a replacement.
      A refund will only be issued if we are unable to fulfill a replacement within a reasonable time frame.

      ❌ Your order is not eligible for a refund if:

         

          • You purchased the wrong item or changed your mind after the product was delivered.

          • You changed the login information or altered the account in any way before reporting a problem.

          • You logged into the account, played matches, or made any in-game purchases.

          • The account was banned, flagged, or shadowbanned due to your actions, including but not limited to:

               

                • Botting, exploit use, excessive messaging, offensive behavior, or contacting the game publisher.

            • You shared evidence of your complaint outside Xpolicia channels, such as on social media, review platforms, or forums, before allowing us to resolve the issue.

            • The account was not purchased on xpolicia.com.

          💰Coins & Digital Currency

          ✅ Your order is eligible for a refund or re-delivery if:

             

              • The coin package was not delivered in full within the guaranteed delivery time.

              • You only received a partial delivery, and the remaining balance was not sent. You may request a refund for any undelivered portion of the currency that was not received within the promised delivery timeframe.

              • The coins were delivered using a method that caused your account to be:

                   

                    • Flagged, suspended, or negatively affected through no fault of your own (e.g., if coins were obtained fraudulently by the original supplier).

                • We failed to disclose specific risks related to the delivery method, excluding the general risk of RWT (real-world trading), which is assumed and accepted when placing your order.

              • Xpolicia is an independent platform, not affiliated with Miniclip or any game publisher.
